Matthew did a good job on the gutters. It was just his pay structure that left a bad taste. He stated his hourly rate and then came and did a quote. Job took him a whole hour less than he thought but still billed us his original quote. Would not budge a bit and then threatened legal action. Cost us an extra $100! Not impressed. Said it was just how he ran his business. Well, I think thats a pretty poor business model... would not recommend.
