Have used this company on three occasions. Each time they have been prompt on time and most helpful. I will continue using them whenever I have an issue with my computer or printer. Pricing is reasonable and service excellent.

It was time to update our old computer tower. The hard drive had crashed. Masterlink came out and gave us a quote. The matter was discussed and we decided to have a new tower built up. Materlink were very professional from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. We dealt with Ben and I cannot speak highly enough of the way he conducted himself.

Thanks to master link for recovering my hard drive for me when on holidays in hervey bay, i used my computer for everything, and they had to transfer everything from the old hard drive into the new one, its now working better than ever and I'm back in contact with the world for a very affordable cost for the time it took. Could not thank you guys enough!
