We provide Massage and Personal Training to Townsville residents and visitors. With four years experience and knowledge of both studies, you are in safe and good hands. Massage treatments provided are Remedial, Sports, Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation, Aromatherapy, Foot Massage/Reflexology, Head Massage, Belly Massage, Bottom Massage and Hot Stone. Don't know what type of massage to get, that's ok, we can help you make your choice. You can also have a mixture. Our goal is to have you leaving the shop feeling a whole lot better whether it be 'in less pain, more relaxed or happier' the session is about you and your goals, the oil is made to achieve your goals. Massage can help you sleep better at night, calm you down when agitated or angry, relax you when you're upset, help you to move more freely, destroy back pain. If you would like to know a little bit more about your body in order to reduce pains we are more than happy to share our knowledge with you. We can create a gift pack for your special someone or special occasion. We can tailor it to suit your needs however our standard gift pack contains, an oil bottle with all good ingredients, a lovely candle, a gift certificate and if you like chocolates or a rose/s.
