Great business don't charge a fortune and do a awesome Job

Please be careful...! Hopefully this review can save others from the pain we went through @ Maroochy Automotive... In order to be fair to both sides, I will only mention the facts... 1) Extremely Poor Communication...! E.g: (a) Made an appointment - arrived & they said they can't do it today. (b) No phone calls at all on what the issue was or how much it would cost. (Even though they promised to do so twice...) 2) Very Poor Customer Service...! Eg: (a) Told us to come in, & pick up the car as it was ready/fixed - I came all the way in, paid the bill ($) then as they were reversing out - they realised issue remained...! (b) After 3 days they were unable to fix the issue so they said we can come in to pick up our car... when we calmly told them "we were disatisfied with the service...!" Well Father & Son (especially) became so defensive, rude & abusive...! First time, I've been shouted at by a mechanic...! 3) Lacked the Mechanical skills to fix the problem after 3 days.

Brilliant customer service. Rod went above and beyond to get my car back on the road. I highly recommend Maroochy Automotive.

I would like to thank Rod and Zac from Maroochy Automotive for there excellent service. My car alternator went down on 6pm christmas eve,rang maroochy automotive on the friday morning and spoke to Rod, told him my predicament at 9am ,Zac turned up at my house in Peregian Springs at 10am to put in new alternator , on the road to Brisbane 11:30am. No extra cost, done as quoted. Thank you again, that is what you call great service and now I have a new mechanic. I hope you have a top new year , because you don't need luck with service like that.

We were up at the Sunshine Coast from the Gold Coast on Saturday and had a mechanical issue. We contacted Maroochy Automotives mobile service and they came out immediately, organised a tow for us and repaired our car. I cant speak highly enough of the service offered by them. The cost was incredibly reasonable and the staff so friendly and honest. Highly recommended.

Rod was so friendly and helpful, came out to fix my car within the hour I called. Explained everything and charged me a super affordable and cheap fare, will definitely be using this mechanic for all future services Thanks so much!

I would like to Recommend Rod & Deb and team as nothing is too much trouble. After getting the run around over a seemingly minor problem from 2 calls to other establishments I found Maroochy Automotive on Google. Boy oh boy, Wasn't I the lucky one. Thank you so much to Rod who assisted with the replacement of our starter motor in the carpark of an Alexandra Headland resort! Our Nissan Patrol had done an immense journey to Cape York from Victoria and the starter motor almost undid us! I'm a person who knows very little about cars. I was referred to Rod & Deb through a friend and so glad I listened. This family owned business is just wonderful. They are always friendly, polite and very keen to help with all your mechanical problems / enquiries. They don' bamboozel you with mechanical mumbo jumbo that you don't understand. They explain every in plain English so you know exactly what's what and you always know up front how much things will cost you. I have found them to be very reasonable on prices and you don't get ripped off. My friends and I highly recommend these people and their business to anyone. Cannot fault the service here. I know little about cars and Rod sourced a quality 2nd hand part for me at less than half the price of the new alternator. Always easy to contact and great service in house from Deb. If you want an honest mechanic who goes above and beyond for you, Rod and his team are an excellent option.
