Selfish revolting ice cream management who obviously no idea run a successful business as he has zero customer service skills and an attitude you would expect from a teenage girl. The young hard working staff at this disgusting ice creamery were lovely and respectful to the customers, yet when a male managerial staff physically pushed a young girl out of his way to speak to the customer, being me. I was completely and utterly disgusted by the revolting manners and attitude used when speaking to me, I quote; "you will not be having a taste test of our ice cream!" was yelled as my son who is allergic to most ice creams. I ended up picking 3 ice creams for my husband and two other children, the mountainous price for just three minute scoops of ice creams was $23.50 and one smoothie was a ridiculous $9.00. Once I had ordered my items and it was time to pay, I wasn't allowed to pay manually so my items were taken from me in a rude manner and I was asked to leave the store. I travelled metres up the path to passion fruit smoothie store and was able to have a taste so my son was able to have an ice cream. So I got 4 ice creams and a smoothie for a far better price, compared to the Marina Ice Creamery which would have cost $32.50 overall if my items were not rudely taken away from me to begin with. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks this, it was far better run when the previous owners were running the store (they probably knew how to run a business properly). I just feel sorry for the poor staff who work there. Feeling annoyed and disgusted!

The managerial staff at Marina Ice Creamery, Nelson Bay really need a lesson in customer service!!!! The worst customer service I have EVER had!!! A incident that could have been easily avoided turned into the arrogant staff member on a power trip dismissing my payment, literally removing the ice cream from my hands and asking me to leave.... All the while after telling me not to patronise him!!! All over me asking to put my purchase through as a manual transaction on my VISA. If security was an issue ask for my licence!! Learn how to use basic transaction technology! Also book yourself into Customer Service 101 because you really need a clue when dealing with customers!! Needless to say I will not be returning!
