How can I make an appointment?
Please telephone 07 5444 6568 to make an appointment. Alternatively, you may email us on info@mindandwellbeing.com to book an appointment and one of our staff will be in contact with you shortly.
How do I make a payment?
Payment is required at the time of your appointment. We have EFTPOS and HICAPS machine. If you bring cash you will need to bring the exact amount as we do not hold any cash on the premises. Your rebate can be processed on the spot, if you have a mental health care plan or private health insurance.
