Mantra Aqua Nelson Bay offers a selection of 110 self-contained two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, all within walking distance of everything Nelson Bay has to offer including a 27-hole golf course and a variety of amenities and activities. 110 apartments are spread across three buildings all nestled around a central lagoon pool with cascading waterfall and children's water fountain area. The apartments feature full kitchen and laundry facilities, air-conditioning in the lounge room, a balcony or courtyard and sleek stone bench tops. Perfect for a family holiday or couples getaway and features first class resort facilities with 25 metre lagoon pool, poolside kids fountain area and spa, 2 spacious outdoor BBQ areas, as well as a fitness room, kids' games room and tour desk. As of May 1st 2015 we are a completely Smoke-Free complex. No smoking allowed on the property is allowed on the property what-so-ever.

A terrific place for families and couples. Pool is clean, warm and salty. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Wee bit of maintenance required eg fly screens and light globes.

A great place for stay. Indian restaurants are close distance. Also close distance to the beach. Have swimming pool and good car parking. Nice place to stay.

Awesome staff, great place to chill, the rooms are decent size and have all the things to do washing and ironing and cooking, has a big fridge. Plenty of parking and close to the shops. Only bad thing were the mosquitos in the room.

Well equipped 2 bedroom apartment. It's the perfect size for a family of four and at a good price. Short walk to the town centre and marina. Facilities onsite aren't bad, with a nice pool, gym and some games.

Enjoyed a very reasonably priced three day Luxury Escape stay at Port Stephens with another couple. The two bedroom unit was relatively spacious, comfortable and well equipt. Friendly staff, outdoor facilities i.e. pool and BBQ area were great. Overall would recommend for a short stay. Kim

Excellent location, close to shops and the marina. The overall mantra experience was great. The pool looks amazing. It's a great place to spend a few nights up here in Nelson Bay. Brett

The Mantra Aqua Resort is in a great position â€“ itâ€™s close to shops and the rooms are very nice. Comfortable bed, big swimming pool with spa, car parking excellent and security locked each night. Staff friendly big happy smiles, we stayed 4 nights and we will be back for sure. Scott

We booked 2 x 3 bedroom apartments on the bottom floor and were delighted with layout. Great kitchen and lounge and the balcony was huge and private. Bedrooms had ceiling fans. Sue

What can I say, this place is fantasticâ€”from the friendly, warm welcoming staff to the beautiful big swimming pool with a spa. Stayed in a perfect two bedroom garden apartment. This place is just what you need to unwind.

We stayed here for the weekend, we had a great large room with full kitchen, two bathrooms and a king bed. Great for long stays. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the parking was excellent, even offer a storage cage. Very happy with the stay.
