The service i received was brilliant, i could not have gotten better help. Monitoring the conditions i have most authentically and thoroughly. Thanks to Mandalay i now have been to Brisbane's Royal womens hospital to have a thorough assessment done to which i can find out more. I find how you treat people is how they will treat you, i always aim to courteous, friendly, full of enthusiasm and information. 5-STARS!!

The staff here were brilliant, i could not have asked for better help. Monitoring the existing conditions i have most authentically and thoroughly. Thanks to Mandalay i have now been to Brisbane Womens hospital and had a thorough assessment done, to which i can expect to have more information. I find you treat people how you expect they treat you, i will always be courteous, friendly, full of enthusiasm and full of information. Thanks again.

Extremely pleased with the great service I received at Mandalay today. Reception staff were attentive and friendly and the new female Doctor is very lovely and easy to understand and I felt like she really listened and cared.

just had an experience that was so good, compared to other providers, that I had to make a comment. office staff, friendly and efficient. doctors friendly and competent . as a pensioner , all this was bulk billed. 2good2btru

I waited two hours after my appointment time I was told my daughter referral was sent to royal Brisbane hospital it wasn't I went back three time for the same referral to be sent and stood there to make sure the reception scan the referral for my daughter's to go on the waiting list later contact royal children Brisbane hospital to see if. They received it it was so much running around that was unnecessary.

Worst Medical Experience Ever

Damaged my back at work on a Friday and urgently booked an appointment at Mandalay that afternoon. Had to get someone to drive me to the appointment, only to find that it had been cancelled. Could not move properly and tried to rest it as best as possible over the long weekend. Booked an appointment for the next Wednesday as pain was persisting. Arrived for 2pm appointment and waited 85 minutes to be seen! I could barely stand or sit and found the pain overwhelming after about 50 minutes and just wanted to go home. Requested if I could lie down out the back while I waited for the doctor. Doctor came to see me for about 30 seconds. Dr Vivian Pam said she would organise a scan and prescribed Nuromol for the pain. Came back, dumped the script and scan form with the person I was with and went to leave. Requested a med cert only to be told she was too busy and had other patients to see. Felt completely disrespected and unheard, complete waste of two hours and unnecessary pain.
