Purchased (over the phone) large arrangement of native flowers for wife's birthday, with delivery from Hermit Park shop. Unfortunately it was everything but natives, even after specifically requesting native only flowers, will call shop today. If not able to supply what is requested then please advise or at least call the purchaser back, not your call to substitute with what was not requested.
