If first impressions count then having to navigate my way through the unmoved lawn was definitely impressionable. The practice is in the chiropractors home in a room at the front. Its going to get better, right? Wrong. The chiropractor tells me he will be seeing someone else despite it being my appointment. Then there is the two big screen tvs with a women (friend/partener) playing video games in the adjoining area to the waiting area. Seriously. I left. Ive made an appointment, turned up for the appointment and having to then wait, my time is valuable as well
