What started as an insurance water leak in our Gold Coast investment property, soon revealed termite attacks to the entire lower level including the stairwell. We soon found out there is no insurance for termite attacks. We delt directly with the builder Cam, and being interstate, where kept informed of progress. The entire house frame was rebuild and the entire house reinstated. We also asked MGC to take over the insurance repairs, as we now know the standards of finishes. Although at a higher cost to insurance repair work, the standards of finish are faultless. Originally we planned to sell the property at completion, but after seeing the works of MGC, we have kept the investments without question.
