Great service with great communication, on time, on budget!! I highly recommend Mainline Plumbing & Civil for their quick response to phone calls and emails. Kaleb and his crew did a professional job with excellent workmanship at a competitive price. My problem was sorted out very quickly with no fuss.

Excellent service. It was an emergency issue related with hot water leakage. Got no response from most of the plumbing services as it was already off hours 9 pm. And for some got response that they can come only in morning at 8 am. However, I got quick and polite response from Mainline plumbing to be available in 5 mins. They were very friendly. Fast and efficient service. Highly recommended.

I had a major emergency at night in regards to my ceiling leaking due to a valve bursting in our roof. I called a few numbers with no response before getting onto Caleb which made me glad he was the one to come help with my problem. He was very friendly, helpful and was able to sort out the issue quicker than expected. The communication was great and was happy to answer any questions I had for him. Highly recommend this service and will use again in the future.

Excellent service I needed urgent help on short notice …had new kitchen benches done Needed a new tap put in being Friday I would have had no water Brilliant caring service

Not happy with work done caused damage to my property and won't return calls to fix doesn't show up and doesn't let you know he's not coming

Hi Liz, I know this was a while ago, I think it was from a plumbing company that I previously was employed on wages for but we've been looking to improve our services over the last year and this review was flagged for me as something to look into. Recently we were let down multiple times by a couple of local plumbers so we called kaleb at Mainline Plumbing. Best thing we did. Kaleb came late in the afternoon on the same day I initially phoned him to check out the job. Such a nice bloke. Kaleb turned up when he said he would. Kept us fully informed of the jobs progress. Completed the work promptly & professionally and we couldn’t be happier. Thumbs up 👍🏼 to kaleb.
