Mackay Towing NQ is a local, family operated business specialising in servicing Mackay and the surrounding areas. We believe in being competitive on price and delivering a prompt and efficient service where we care for your equipment as if it were our own. As our vehicles have remotely operated winch, tilt and slide functions, it often cuts out the need for cranes, forklifts and slide loaders at loading and unloading points. For storage, we have a large, secure holding yard to store containers, machinery and vehicles from short to long periods of time. This assists insurance assessors as they have easy access to damaged vehicles during business hours.

Completely inefficient. Job not done and failed to notify me. Another day without my motorhome to live in. Booking missed at mechanic workshop where it was to be fixed. Inconvenienced and cost occurred to business who was holding my vehicle. I rang Mackay towing and spoke with the accountant, who says she is a part owner. Rude, condescending, passive aggressive and unapologetic. Appalling way to run/ruin a business
