These guys were great. They were able to fit me in ASAP. I had poor access but luckily they were able to lay out over 30m of hose to get to my septic. Got it cleaned out way quicker than I thought and were able to give me plenty of advice for looking after my septic. Ben even helped flush out the house pipes that had been back up by the septic system. Very happy with the result. I won't ring anyone else when there is a next time.

Not only did the Mackay Septic Pumping guys come straight away when I told them we required an urgent septic pump out as the toilet was backing up, they also cleared the blockage at the septic inlet and saved me a fortune in getting a plumber out. To say these guys, go above and beyond to help their customers out is an understatement, and to top it off they are some of the nicest people you could hope to meet. My septic required emptying ASAP, Ben managed to fit me in the same day I called, and had it cleaned out just like new. He even pressure washed the outside, and now it also looks like new. So happy this company was local and easy to deal with.
