Mackay Family Funerals is a family owned and operated funeral service, operating since 1990. We are here to provide support and guidance during a difficult time. At Mackay Family Funerals, we provide funeral services, cremations and burials throughout the Central Coast, Ourimbah and Palmdale. Our family is here to care for your family and we take pride in preparing a fitting tribute to your loved one. We can assist with pre-paid funerals and funeral plans. We understand that every person is unique, so we cater for the wishes of the family when arranging a funeral service or burial. Words can't express how grateful I am to Natasha and Mackay Family Funerals for helping me and my husband getting through a very difficult time. My newborn son passed away in 2004, and Natasha created a beautiful service for him. She helped me choose the most beautiful casket, with little silver doves as handles, and the heartfelt touches she made left me with some very meaningful memories to take with me. She printed a beautiful poem out onto cards for my family and I. She was compassionate and empathetic to the sorrow I was feeling as we laid him to rest. My son was treated like the angel he was, and surrounded with so much love that day. It's been a long time since then, but I was able to take something positive out of what was the most traumatic time in my life. It was because of you guys that a very sad day became a beautiful one for my little boy and I. THANK YOU.

The staff here were fantastic after my husband passed away and did an amazing job with his service. They kindly had him cremated by lunch the following day so I was able to pick him up for his wake. I felt their sincerity and they were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. I'm very thankful for all they did and their care and professionalism. Thanks again x

A very beautiful funeral home in a beautiful garden setting. They are wonderful and so genuine. Very nice to have them take charge when you are going through a tough time.
