Great company and lovely people to deal with. Robert and Paulette are very down to earth and knowledgeable from start to finish, and extremely patient when I took SO long picking new colours. 😉 Our kitchen looks so much fresher and up to date and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Mackay Cabinetmaking Services.

My new kitchen is exactly what I wanted, and it is all thanks to Alex and his team. Alex listened to what I had to say and designed it to suit my needs and my vision for my small duplex. I wanted a workable kitchen. Not a conventional one. And that is exactly what I got. I am absolutely in love with my kitchen, and let me be clear I am definitely not a kitchen person. I simply cannot write a honest review without mentioning the most amazing Office Manager ever. Paulette, you are the glue which holds your company together. And without you and your organisational skills my kitchen might never have been completed as quickly as it has. It has been an absolute joy to meet you, and I can’t thank you enough for all the help you gave me. I wish you, Alex and all the team all the best for the future.

First the beginning was kitchen storage & bedroom next is a full kitchen fit-out. I was astounded with the finish and can hardly wait for the completed kitchen. The crew were amazing the house was fully cleaned after their work. A true jewel to find in Mackay . Michael & Frances.

We had wardrobe shelving and draws made. After getting quotes from other companies who just didn't seem interested, we found Mackay Cabinetmaking Service. And glad we did. The quality of work is excellent. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly and extremely helpful, and arrived when they said they would. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will be using them again.

The team at Mackay Cabinet Making were very patient with my constant changes to the plans - both with the design and then the appliances I bought. The end product was even better than I imagined - I'm thrilled with the quality of work and end result. Only suggestion would be - please give more notice about need for electrician and plumber, although this turned out to not be a problem in the end. The team were really busy - and there was a bit of a wait as there is everywhere, but the wait was well worth it. Thank you also to the lovely person answering the phones!! Given the challenges we now face with supply chains and staffing due to COVID - the team did really well. They turned up when they said they would and had all but the splash back installed in 1 day.

Thank you Lee and Paul, it all goes down to communication with each other, we apologies for the short notice which normally is not the case, we were waiting on couple of items that had been ordered to arrived which were later than expected due to what is happening with covid, transport and products.

Very impressed with this company. They were literally the only one of about 6 cabinet makers I attempted to contact in November last year who actually answered the phone. Despite knowing it would be a long wait they still took my details and treated me with the courtesy to come and quote. The finished product is excellent and when the installer realised there was a problem with two doors he immediately rectified it. I would highly recommend their professional service.

Our project was a little complex but installation ran smoothly and the design is amazing. Tradesmen were nice and easy to communicate with. The result of our new spacious kitchen was well worth all the stress.
