Received an overdue notice on my personal phone 2 months after the invoice was paid (it was paid within days of the call out) Thought I did the right thing by calling to let them know and didn't even receive an apology. Not Happy.

Very happy with the excellent service and installation of our air conditioners. Michael Ridley was brilliant at assessing our needs for our somewhat different 'Straw bale' house which runs off the grid. Service and communication were excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them to others.

Couldn't asked for better service. Rang up in the morning told them my problem. Out straight away found the problem fixed the problem and have taken care of the warranty and paper work etc from the manufacture.. Really pleased with there service highly recommend.

As a Brivis customer at Narrabri a repair request was placed with MR on 7th-1-19 after christmas break. As of today 21st-1-19 no parts were ordered or repair date given. After this information was learned today MR have now declined repair. I have now lost 2 weeks at 40deg plus temp days with no cooler and now Brivis has to start process all over again to get another repairer. So dissapointed and stressed. I have a young family and my house is bordering on unliveable. I wish MR services could have handled this much better. I understand things may be busy but i feel i have been treated very poorly from both Brivis and MR services. I had advised at all stages that I was not worried about call out fees or charges that may come my way. Regards Shane Chrsitie
