Be very aware! Were paid to fix 2 leaks in my sisters roof at Aspley in Brisbane .Bill the owner recommended repointing and capping to be done to fix the issue. Bill did not mention any other issues with the roof before carrying out the work. The first time it rained after having the work done it leaked in several new spots and has progressively gotten worse every time they’ve been back to look at it but have not done any extra work on it. Bill takes no responsibility for the workmanship and all the extra new leaks since his company touched it. There has been nothing but excuse after excuse as to why it leaks 10 times worse. The last excuse being “it needs new sarking at a cost of $12,000, mmm. I had to step in for my sister whom was getting nowhere with Bill. Be very aware and get several quotes with different opinions. Theres no such thing as duty of care with this company. They turned a couple of leaks in roof into 10 more. No good at fixing leaks.
