Welcome to Love Stories by Jess! I'm Jess, and I'm thrilled to be your partner in crafting unforgettable moments of love and commitment on the stunning Central Coast of Australia. In 2014, I followed my passion for learning and moved to the Central Coast, NSW, to pursue my studies in Oral Health Therapy. Interestingly, during my time in dental school, I found myself immersed in the world of creativity and storytelling. I had the incredible opportunity to work for the local radio station, Star FM, where I honed my writing skills and developed a knack for creating catchy and engaging content for on-air promotions of local businesses and events. This experience ignited my love for meeting new people and uncovering their stories. And this is precisely what I cherish the most about being a celebrant. Every couple I meet has a unique journey, and I'm passionate about weaving those personal stories into a beautiful tapestry of love during your ceremony. Are there Legal Requirements to get Married in Australia?
Yes. There are only a few legal requirements in a ceremony that you must include. They are: - The celebrant must say the Monitum – a legal statement - You must say a line each – mandatory vows - We all sign three marriage certificates (Your two witnesses must sign these as well)
How long is a ceremony?
The ceremony can be as long or short as you like! Mine are usually approximately 20 minutes but I recommend scheduling another 15 minutes on top.
