This real estate is an absolute nightmare if you are a tenant. "The agency that (never) calls you back". I found myself waiting for months for responses to the point of having to contact the landlord numerous times which funnily enough resolved the issue almost immediately. no one ever has an answer and the property manage constantly dodged our calls. I have found other rentals that look ideal but will avoid due to being with this company. The only positive experience I had was speaking with one of the ladies at the front desk, she was always polite and understanding. The continual change of staff assisting the property manager is a testament to their sheer inability to communicate and "treat people with respect" Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.

They are unskilled agents wouldn't recommended. I had love call me asking if I wanted to sell I ask a simple question about zoning had no clue.

I have both sold with LOVE REALTY and rented through them. In all dealings l have found them thoroughly professional. Currently renting, l have been impressed by their regular inspections and level of commitment. I have friends with investment properties and compare how their property's management is conducted compared to mine. I have always found the team at LOVE REALTY very approachable and highly recommend the company.

After initially having trouble following their processes to report maintenance issues, Jason Barrett made everything right. As soon as we spoke to Jason, jobs were fixed within 24 hours. He listened, was understanding and didn’t rest until action was taken. He then followed up to make sure everything was working well. He was highly professional and diligent.
