I called this person today to book my dog in for a clipping. Pretty straight forward I would have thought and a simple 'thank you, bring her in and I'll look after it' would have sufficed, but instead I go a very aggressive and rude person, repeating herself over and over again 'you need to understand that because I'm not doing a wash it won't be as good' - der freddy, I got it the first time. She was rude, mean, and aggressive. NO WAY would I leave my animals with you if you speak to me like that for no good reason. Idiotic way to carry on with potential customers.
