Lindsay Moller Photography: multi-award winning photographer in Port Macquarie in commercial photography, editorial photography and wedding photography servicing the Mid North Coast. Lindsay has been working as a professional photographer since 1996. He was one of Australia's leading editorial photographers for 15 years, working for Australia's largest newspapers. 2 years at Cumberland Newspaper Group. 10 years at The Australian Newspaper and 3 years as Picture Editor for Australia's largest newspaper The Sunday Telegraph. He has worked throughout the world covering some of histories largest news stories for over a decade. He has an extensive portfolio of images including; Portraits of Australia's Prime Ministers, John Howard and Tony Abbott, treasurer Peter Costello, NSW premiers, Australia's most powerful people Rupert Murdoch, Kerry Stocks and James Packer. Travelling nationally and internationally he has reported on some of the worlds largest stories. Banda Aceh Tsunami where 250,000 people died, East Timor riots, Beaconsfield mine disaster, Bali bomber Abu Bakar Bashir, Lake Eyre flooding, government Indigenous Intervention and the Great Barrier Reef bleaching are just a few. He is experienced in using many different technologies; including satellite phone to file stories from remote locations around the world, aerial photography from RAAF Chinook helicopters, underwater photography from 40 meters. His photographs have featured on the front pages of nearly every newspaper in Australia, featured in New York Times and London Sun, magazines, and websites internationally. His work has also been displayed in The Australian Art Gallery Canberra. He is regularly asked to give motivational talks to other photographers within the industry showcasing his work and ensuring the professional development within the industry. He has won numerous awards including: Australian Press Photographer of the Year - Cumberland Newspapers. Hurley Awards for Excellence in Press Photography. Photographer of the Year - Walkley Awards SA. Winner of RANZO Media Awards. Finalist in Australia's National Portrait Prize. Having lead his field as a photojournalist for over 15 years, Lindsay now runs his own business in Port Macquarie; Lindsay Moller Photography. The business focuses on commercial, editorial and wedding photography. With his extensive experience he has developed his own exclusive style of photography. Each image he captures tells the story of that person. Capturing their true personality, resulting in a more personal feel and connection with each image. He is fully equipped with the latest Canon cameras and lens and has a complete portable lighting studio with backdrops. He is available for assignments throughout Australia, but is regularly covering assignments within Port Macquarie and the Mid North Coast. Coffs Harbour, Kempsey, Taree, Forester, Newcastle and Tamworth are all regularly visited destinations.
