I ordered a few light fittings and was a little disappointed that a couple were faulty. The shop was ok with me returning them to the store and replacing them with working fittings but it was a really frustrating process. We had to get the electrician back for a second time to refit and spent a little more money than we had anticipated. The staff were friendly though, and the final finish with the choice on fittings looks amazing. Glad all worked out ok in the end.

We were so pleased with the lights we chose but the lady who we dealt with really seemed like she does not enjoy her job. There were so many factors we had to consider when purchasing our lights like height, positioning, cost and lighting tones and really wanted someone to assist us in making the decisions. However they had a great range of options at really competitive prices and all worked out fabulous in the end. Perfect ambience, sets off our house just beautifully.

Who would have thought how difficult it would be to decide on what lighting to use in your new home. The lovely staff at Lighting Network earn every cent through sheer patience. I can't give a number on how many times I called and how many hours your staff put into assisting with this nightmare. I really valued their knowledge and ideas. As one said to me, "you can have a beautiful home but it is the lighting that sets the mood of the room". And the final outcome after all these months looks amazing! The ambiance in our house will move you, quite incredible really. Thanks to your amazing staff!
