A caring and gentle practitioner. Tracey asks questions to find out what assistance you need. This is not just an average massage. She works out what techniques will help you at each session, depending on how you improved or what else may have come up since your last visit. She explains why she is using the various techniques and also can give you further assistance with take home exercises. I suffered from migraines and headaches, neck mobility problems, anxiety and stress, sleep problems but by the end of the first session, had some good relief to the neck mobility problems and my anxiety and stress levels were more manageable. The next day I worked out that my sleep had improved the previous night. I was a mess when I first met Tracey but now I am so improved that I feel like a different person. I recommend Life Energy Community and Tracey to anyone seeking help that doesn't want to waste their time on a "normal/average" massage. I will continue to see Tracey as my needs change.

In the time that Tracey is my massage therapist I would love to give her 5 stars. My favourite is the cupping. As my pain tolerance is quite high, Tracey has to put a huge effort in and so far I 'm always satisfied. So far my friends and family members that I referred felt exactly the same. I started seeing Tracey when I was near the end of my pregnancy. She went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable. She also has a a great amount of knowledge when it comes to certain pressure points that are sensitive whilst pregnant. A much better experience than when I went to another practice who had no way to accommodate a pregnant woman, they sat me in an uncomfortable chair that my belly was on and bruised me they were that rough. I will certainly be seeing Tracey in the future and recommend her to all.
