Great Communication from the get go. The guy was run off his feet but still found time for my urgent need. Thanks to Rodney and his team I have slept 2 full 12 hr nights which is unheard of for me??? Thank you ever so much for squeezing me in even though I could see you were run off your feet! Your the BEST EVER!
