We have always been very well looked after. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. I just love the food and have always had a good experience .

Never again! I just witnessed the female staff member become abusive to a customer giving polite positive feedback. What made it worse was they way she yelled at all of the kitchen staff who hanged up around the customer and called him a lier and cheap. The customer was saying that there is only 5 pieces of chicken in the food and the women said that it was normal and weighs 125g. It definitely didn’t look like that much from what I could see. They customer said he didn’t want his money and just wanted to give the feedback but she continued to yell and say she was going to take photos when he said he would now be placing a review. Mind you she had thrown the food in the bin by this stage so I’m not sure what photos she’s going to take. Never the less her tone and behaviour was unacceptable and I will never go back.

Came here a few months ago and found the food to be okay, however the staff and service was a little poor. Good food though, like I said they just did not engage with people.

Very friendly and relaxed service with beautiful food. Love the soft shell crab!!
