I use this facility on a number of different occasions for vacation care when we are in the area and lead Bargara (I believe it goes by a new name now) is by far the best. I have tried other centres and none come close to this one. They have recently had ownership change over and while it was good bwfore. Since the changeover it's honestly gone strength to strength. The staff are brilliant, always friendly and helpful. The centre is immaculately clean and their outdoor play area is awesome. So many different activities for all the children. I'm extremely fussy where I put my daughter and I truly cannot lay a single fault with this centre. The leaders in each room are obviously very happy in their workplace and it shows. They are genuine and care and are all so patient and compassionate. There is always feedback for your child at end of each day and photos etc. Truly an awesome centre. I cannot rate the centre high enough.

My son absolutely loves going to kindy at lead BARGARA, not only do they have a massive yard for him to explore and learn new skills , the educators are so wonderful and give him the best of experiences; Meals included which he loves and eats everything in sight ! I would recommend the centre to any one and everyone , it’s our home away from home

This centre is one that should be avoided. The staff turnover is high which fosters a transient environment for children. In 8 months, we lost both educators in the junior kindergarten room. They, along with the other quality staff, were pushed out the door. Rather than rising to a higher standard, it seems as though politics prevailed and it was easier to get rid of them. I counted 4 kindergarten teachers in a calendar year. Imagine the disruption to these children's learning as well as their emotional health? The kindergarten class last year followed ZERO curriculum and is grossly underprepared for prep. Head office, management, and staff take no responsibility for this and feels it acceptable to pass the buck onto existing (and less qualified) staff. There is a constant flow of new staff that is "studying". They are a subpar service that fail to close the gap between their lack of direction and how they value themselves (what they charge).
