Unimpressed by arrogant attitude. Mounted tv bracket off to one side of the room and when corrected left a less than amateur repair job to the plaster. Did not disclose mistake until leaving the premises, now stuck with arranging repairs myself. Do not recommend.

-I called Lawrence andI explained that we have just moved to a new house and had no reception . He asked a couple of questions and suggested that we buy a power pack which we did. Problem solved . A less reputable person could easily of come here, added a power pack and charge a lot of money. I want to commend for his help and ethics.

Laurence provides a more than 5-star experience from beginning to end - I am definitely technologically challenged but with clear communication and heaps of practical know-how Laurence fixed my TV problem in a jiffy - I highly recommend Laurence & he is my top pick for any TV/antenna issues I might have in the future!

We highly recommend Laurence for any antenna work. We live in Speewah and reception is almost impossible. He went above and beyond in making sure we had connection to all channels. It was a big job and and a couple of days work. The price was very generous considering the work done. Excellent customer service all round with a friendly smile. We had a problem with our antenna couldn’t get certain channels, Lawrence came out diagnosed our problem and rectified it. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Top quality workmanship.

79 no tv for weeks it was going all all crackly. Phoned Lawrence he was excellent, replaced the antique , like me, aerial that had partly fallen down. Saved me some money by adjusting the cable and discarded the old aerial into the rubbish. So impressed would recommend Lawrence . Maureen a grateful granny. 👵🏻

It's Christmas Eve and the tv fails - apparent that its a connection issue. Rang a couple of techo's but predictably there is no chance of help so close to Christmas. Not so with Laurence. He wanted to help but was on a big job the other side of Cairns. So he did an 'online' repair taking me through the diagnosis and finding the solution. Never got impatient and kept focused on helping. Brilliant!

Moved into a house we bought at Edmonton, had next to zero tv reception, could only get ABC and SBS. Tried several auto tunes, manual tuning, adjusting the antenna, pretty much everything other than replacing the antenna and cables. Called Laurence who fitted us straight in and from my description of the system over the phone, knew where the main problem was. In under an hour he had full signal on every channel and had been around the house testing outlets, replacing suspect cables, etc. Very reasonably priced! It's not even worth tampering with it yourself. Very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and great customer service.
