I am a qualified Naturopath having completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and am a member of the Australian Natural Therapies Association. As a Naturopath I utilise natural medicine and the body’s ability to heal itself to support my clients back to health. I combine up-to-date evidence-based research and lab testing with traditional knowledge and clinic experience to guide me in my clients treatment. I aim to find the root cause of symptoms and address them through dietary and lifestyle modifications, individualised herbal tonics, and compounds to bring the body back into balance. Naturopathy has the ability to treat an extensive range of conditions and health concerns. While I support a wide range of these conditions, I have a special interest in women’s health including PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, preconception, pregnancy, hormone imbalances, thyroid conditions, and menopause as well as digestive issues including IBS, IBD, SIBO, GORD and gut dysbiosis.
