Left a negative review last week and am happy to say called again this morning and the customer service officer was patient and helpful. Did not get her name, but thankyou! Helped me with my query and showed me what to do the next time. Just shows, a business is only as good as the people who deal with the public.

Have a creditline a/c wanted to pay first payment. Directed me to Latitude. Would not give me access to statement. Tried to gain access to Latitude wanted new login. Took me round and round in circles. Keep getting back to login which would not allow me in as I don't have a Latitude a/c. Tried forgot password login. Tried new login. Again round and round in circles. Terrible!!!!!!! Only thing left to do is go into your office in Albury and see if they are able or willing or help me.
