About Landsborough Septic Services

We provide pumpouts of septic tanks, greywater pump wells, grease traps and home sewerage treatment plants. We use a medium size vacuum tanker, which can access most driveways and carries about 50 metres of suction hose. The frequency of pumpouts depends on the size of tanks and the number of people producing waste water. The average job will take less than one hour and it is a clean and tidy operation. I am a local owner operator providing friendly services and honest advice.

Joe returned my call promptly and we arranged a time for him to pump out my septic and grease trap. He phoned this morning to say he would be a little late, and arrived soon after. Joe attended to the job quickly and efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. Very grateful for your service, Joe, thank you.

Booked in to have my septic cleaned out. The man I dealt with called 90 minutes after the booked time to say he would be late. ETA 20 minutes. Fair enough. 2 hours later ... no sign of him, so I called him. He told me he had been to my place but decided not to try to drive down our driveway in the rain. Fair enough. I told him that we have big trucks coming down all the time. And then I said it would have been nice if he had called to say that he wasn't coming. He yelled at me that he did call. I said, "yes, but 2 hours ago". He yelled at me that he had wasted an hour and a half coming to my place. Not fair enough at all. He yelled at me that I need to get someone else to clean out my septic. Fair enough. Good advice, which I now pass on to the readers of this review. I don't see why I need to be yelled at because I have a steep driveway. The land is steep here. All he had to do, common courtesy etc, was call me. Fair enough?

They responded very promptly to our call. They gave a very reasonable quote to do our jobs, arrived on time and did the jobs well and efficiently. They gave helpful advice around our septic system. We were very happy with their service and will absolutely be using them again when needed.

I don't normally leave reviews, but in this case I think landsborough septic services definitely deserve one. I rang left a message on the answer phone after finding my septic leaking out from the lid and flowing down the garden. Within 20 mins I had a return call saying how could they help , I asked for a pump out. I was told it would be after the weekend to pump out , but they were only 5 mins away after they had just finished a job and said they would come and have a look to see if that's what was needed. It turned out to only be a blocked filter and on inspection was told it would be ok for quite a few years before needing the sludge build up removed. I was so delighted, not only that it was fixed straight away but the price was fantastic and the honesty was amazing as i was prepared to pay for the expense of the pump out and would have done if that's what I was told it needed , well done guys you now have a very happy new customer.

He came at the appointed time, and completed the pump-out. However I had to ring to get service, and my e-mail request seemed to be ignored...maybe very busy?
