we stayed in a unit at BEACHSIDE HOLIDAY UNITS, 5/7. Shoal BAY Road Shoal bay ACCOMMODATION was great, ckean, all we needed in the unit, great family place to stay, right on the beach, kids can run and play easily. HAD A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY THERE THANKS AGAIN

Out of the five agencies we asked to assess the property and provide sales services, we selected Jason Brennan as much for his personality as well as his professional and competitive bid. We are very pleased with our choice as Jason and his assistant Sally have been a real pleasure to deal with. They were always available if we had any questions and prompt to reply if we couldn't get through on the first try. Rented with them for 20 months, had rent set up to BPay every week (paid on time every week)... house was dirty on arrival, clean on exit... house was broken into via side gate 1 day before vacate... LJ Hooker attempted to extort $490 from me to fix gate that was BROKEN INTO EXTERNALLY BY PERSON/S UNKNOWN TO ME... POLICE REPORT MADE AND NUMBER GIVEN... (was living at new house at the time) .... seeking advice from tribunal and lodging complaint with Fair Trading...LJ HOOKER, YOU SUCK
