David and staff are friendly, helpful and have great knowledge when it comes to all makes and models. We get our 3 vehicles serviced by David and staff and nothing is ever a problem - even when we put a time limit on them. I would highly recommend David and his team to everyone - they even make sure you can understand it if something is found!! I wish everyone had the respect for females like these guys do. Will keep coming back just for the friendly face!!

RWC bad customer service

I was there for a simple rwc.
I washed my dirty car before, i cleaned the engine with the green soap in the car wash, then some green water was still leaking when my car was at the kw's place. The manager notified on the paper there is a bad leak from the radiator (even i told him before) i checked the car at a garage for be sure there was no leak at all!
What that job to say there is a leak without trying to found it!?
2nd point, i asked the garage if it's not an issue to have only three seats in the car, answer : no i'ts alright like that. What i saw on the rwc document? Seat not fitted!
The manager was thinking i try to cheat maybe because i tried to explain him this points... And when i didn't answer a word on the rwc ticket he just told me : i won't waste my time to explain you anything.
I can't understand thus behaviour and i would be a potential customer!
I always go to REOCO garages in Sydney for fixing or servicing my car but this one is really bad, bad behaviour and not professional, a waste of money.
