I have just had the worst customer service in my experience. The lady concerned was on a personal call and was most surley because I interrupted her call. Yes I had my dog in the car but I also had a disabled husband waiting at home. If you must be on the phone ask them to wait while you serve a paying customer.

Koala Care highly recommend, best on Mid North Coast, they listened, know their product, and were very helpful My mobility scooter needed repairs, fixed it like new, all at very reasonable cost wouldn't go to anyone else . .

These people really know their stuff! I was trying for months to get my father's scooter fixed through another local company (at great cost) with no success. I contacted Koala T Care and they identified the problem immediately. The scooter is now running beautifully and all for the cost of a service call. Thanks to the wonderful caring staff of Koala T Care! I would recommend you any day!
