On the 15th April 2023 I visited kmart at southport Australia fair I went in to have some photos developed which did take at least half hour to complete as the printer needed to be restocked before photos were issued,I then bought a few things after the photos were complete and was heading out of store when the young man scanned my receipt but questioned me why I took so long in the store,I was taken back by his remark and asked why he wanted to know why I was in store so long,he then said that the store policy was to know where else I had been he then said that there had been a lot of theft in the store and he did say he wasn't accusing me of wrong doing but he was timing the amount of time I was in there. I have never been so insulted as to his questioning what I went in there for and how long I was there.I am a 75 yr old lady with a walker to assist me and I have never ever been asked why I was in there I will make sure my friends know how you treat people.

Brought a Queen size doona cover today (10/08/2022), only to find 1 pillow case instead of 2, as said in package. Last one I liked on the shelf. Never liked shopping to start with & Kmart has just made my shopping experience even worse.

Photo and customer service never answer the phone. Now I have to physically go to k-mart. Which could have been rectified if they answered the phone. ☹️

I called twice this morning re vacuum cleaners. I spoke to 2 different guys on the phone. Both were extremely helpful professional & friendly. My phone experience with kmart this morning at pprox 730AM & 850AM could not have been better. If possible could my shout outs be given to the guys please.
