Why do staff at check outs want you to self-serv? I don't want to know how to and nor am I interested in learning. K Mart staff had staff standing at the check out and wouldn't open it and kept directing me to self service. I am not getting paid to do your job, so I left my goods and walked out.......not all old people want to self serv do better K Mart

My grandson wanted a rubic cube which he had sound on the K-mart website. As I have a K-mart gift card we visited K-mart at Stocklands. We new where in the store they would be. Could not find the one he wented, so decided to ask someone. The first attendant was busy talking to a friend waited for her attendtion with no luck, We then visited the service desk but the lady thee had no idea what we where talking about. so my grandson showed her the photo on his phone and she pointed a younger attendant. He told they where on the back shelf, we told him we could not find the specific cube, which he replied if there not there we do not have any and then went back to work. So much for help in the store.
