Kingsberrys Body corporate has been managing my building for over 10 years. Other's and I in my complex have found them hard to deal with when it comes to maintenance issues, documents that we require when asked for. Due to the fact the building in question is an older one the upkeep requires a strong management team which we are not receiving. Last year we asked for quotes and repair of roof guttering, roof paint and repair, concrete damage from tenant within the complex, and they have not reserved any information or contact of these issues. I think the worst part is when you call to ask a question because I do not understand why it is always a drama or NO and they treat you like you're dumb. And my complex is paying for this?
