About Kinected Pilates Studio
Kinected Pilates Studio is a boutique space that exists to assist people in their understanding of movement and health. We focus on Pilates for movement and combine skills of imagery and guided touch to facilitate an enhanced experience. We offer studio based sessions using state of the art Pilates equipment. The types of sessions are Private (1 on 1 instruction), Duets (1 on 2 instruction) and Semi-Privates (1 on 3 instruction). We also cater to small mat group classes. General and pregnancy classes are available.
