I give them a call 30mins prior because I've had no contact from them. They had forgotten, weren't ready and was doing something else. Guess you can't just expect people to turn up on time anymore. He said workers on another job had equipment he needed and to give 30mins. Sure. Now I live about 30 mins out of town so I can give more time but about 3 hours and 30mins later, no contact and now I have to go back into work. I rang the office and told them I waited a week and 4 hours for nothing, that I am heading back to work and not to reschedule. They obviously have very poor communication between the Office, the workers and their clients, especially considering the other reviews here. I have now had leaking drains for over a week, Took time off for nothing and wasted my time, when *if they had communicated I could have already had someone else out to fix it.

Called to have someone come out and fix tap and sink, l said not to worry about a quote because it needed fixing, they said around 7 days to be and there and fix, 3 months later still waiting. Atleast 3 visits to there store and was given a time and date but again never showed. Massive waste of time.
