Levels 1 and 2 of the main building house the care suites, designed with all services and amenities suitable for contemporary high care delivery.

With respect for privacy and dignity of residents, innovative design features such as a breakfast bar in each kitchenette, allow choice and flexible meal times.

Bariatric specific rooms have been incorporated into the design with overhead lifting tracks, appropriate furniture and wider ensuites.

Residents families and visitors take full advantage of the amenities with a cafe opening on to an outdoor eating area, and a physiotherapy and wellness centre, pharmacy, medical suite and hair salon, while a walk through the function areas equipped with bar, library, and chapel will lead you to flourishing herb and garden beds with areas to relax and enjoy a barbeque.

The Activities Program provides stimulating and varied options such as TaiChi, Cooking classes using the produce from the garden, movies, walking groups, and with our own bus, outings are planned in consultation with residents and the men love their expeditions to Bunnings, Clubs for lunch, or a Fishing Expedition. The Activities Program is published and given to residents and families each month.

Residents can enjoy meals in the dining room on each level or if they prefer an occasional change there is an option to dine on the balcony.

Kerrisdale Gardens have 62 Care Suites offering 24 hour nurse care in large welcoming rooms with private ensuites. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with familiar items from home.

All accommodation has been designed to be bright, spacious, and functional with wide corridors, doorways, and walkways.
