Believe Robbie Kensey is still in Darwin working for a plumber. He has closed his business and moved address. He does not respond to any communication. He was also involved with Pints Football, may be able to follow him up through there or try the plumbers in town.

The job was installation of Solar HW service in June 2020 - deposit of $1600 paid - could not proceed due to space restrictions - promised refund of deposit - Phone and emails requesting refund all ignored - and now does not live at registered address!! Looks like he’s gone into hiding and done a runner. Anyone knowing his address please advise. 😰😰

The job was a Solar Hot Water System installation, completed in Oct 2020 and paid immediately, while we are still waiting for the Certificate of the Solar Hot Water System as it is required for the application of REC's Rebate refund and also for the 10 year warranty. Now we've been waiting for nearly six months. We have emailed, called, and messaged this trader (Robbie Kensey, Kensey Plumbing) many times since Nov 2020, Robbie seems disappeared and there is no reply from him any more. When we now dial the trader’s phone number - 0407 525 317, it goes straight to the message bank. We've noticed he is still actively updating his new jobs on his facebook very often. We messaged him via facebook while no response either. We suggested if you still want to try this trader please hold some deposit until he finalises all jobs and paperwork.
