Booked in to view a property with a week's notice and then travelled over nine hours only to be told, when we went to the office, that there was a complication and we would not be able to view the property for maybe another week. Whilst the situation was out of their control, they had known since the previous day, but failed to make any contact The only response we got was "yeah, someone probably should have called you, sorry about that". Not acceptable service in my opinion.
