Kelch Care is a disability and mental health support service that delivers flexible, friendly, and professional support to NDIS participants living in Liverpool Plains. Our services empower NDIS participants to engage in the community’s outdoor social and economic activities. We respect individual freedom of choice and embrace an inclusive environment in our everyday services. Capacity Building and Core Support: Kelch Care can provide you with the support that can help your everyday living, such as; Daily tasks, social and civic participation, and transport support. Kelch We can also build skills such as; * Improved Living Arrangements * Increased Social and Community Participation * Improved Relationships with family and friends. * Finding and Keeping a Job * Maintain your tenancy obligations * Improved Health and Well-being * Improved Life Choices and more Psychosocial recovery coach: As an individual that has a psychosocial disability resulting from mental health issues, you can get this support if included under your NDIS plan. Kelch Care has staff with many years of experience as a psychosocial recovery coaches. Our staff are ready to listen to and support you throughout your recovery journey. Our individual recovery plan fits your strengths and uniqueness, and we will guide you to your desired goal.
