  • What types of air conditioning do you install?

    All types of split system air cons. That is a single room unit with one indoor head unit and one out door compressor.

  • Do you offer discounts?

    Some units come with a manufactures cash back incentive. Most all other units above 4kw also offer peak smart rewards. These can add up $400 Cashback by redemption

  • Do you do repairs on air conditioning?

    I offer a free 1/2 hour diagnostic and faulty air conditioners that are out of the manufactures warranty. (This is usually 5 years but some units only offer 1 year warranties.

Cooktop Installation & Repairs

  • Do I need a upgrade the cable if I want to install a new cooktop?

    Some existing cables are of an adequate size to install a new cooktop. However if you put a cooktop in with a load higher than 6kw. You will probably need to upgrade. An isolation switch may also need to be installed if there is not already one there.

Oven Installation

  • Can I replace my existing single oven with a double oven using the same original cable?

    If you install a double oven you will generally have to upgrade and get an electrician to install a bigger cable .


  • What’s your call out rate and do you do free quotes?

    I don’t charge a call out rate and all my quotes are completely free with no obligation.

Air Conditioning Cleaning

  • How often should I get my air con serviced?

    At least once every 12 months

  • Do you offer non aroma type chemicals?

    Certainly. I can provide a special cleaning solution which has no aroma and contains only biological ingredients

Electrical Switchboards

  • How do I know if I have a safety switch installed?

    Check each circuit breaker. If it has a little push button on it. It’s a safety switch. Some safety switches protect multiple circuits. It’s important that all circuits have a safety switch. Get this verified.

  • How often should I test that my safety switches are working in my switchboard?

    You should test your safety switch at least once every 3 months. This involves simply pushing the little button on each safety switch. The circuit should immediately switch off. If it doesn’t you have a faulty one and this should be replaced.
