It must depend on who you get with this family company. I had a strong recommendation from a friend based on their experiences with Jason. Our very different experience was with Les. Obviously a lot of experience in the industry and very busy, he was short on solutions and on listening . Despite the fact that we'd given him a very clear idea on what we wanted, along with measurements, he always seemed to need to speak about other things and have his own ideas about how the kitchen would be. Given the high recommendation, we accepted that. Wishing to have some idea of the benchtop price, I sent an email to Kearsley kitchen's supplier asking for an "indicative" price. The following day, I received a phone call from Les saying that, because I had asked the supplier for this, he was not going to process the quote! Left us with a lot of unanswered questions about relationship between the company and supplier along with a 3week delay before being able to seek another manufacturer!

A wonderful experience from start to finish. A great family team who clearly love what they do. They accommodated my need to do the kitchen in two stages and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. This family business is one of the best I have ever come across. From the initial contact to the final product everything was smooth sailing. The kitchen was installed in a very timely manner and the staff were extremely personable. I would use them again for sure and would not hesitate in recommending them.
