About KC Auto Electrics

From cars to earthmoving equipment, the team of skilled electricians at KC Auto Electrics can handle all your auto electrical needs. If your vehicle refuses to start, we can diagnose the problem, repair it and get you on the way. KC Auto Electrics carries a range of Bosch Batteries, SSB Batteries & Power Sonic Batteries to suit cars, trucks, buses and earthmoving machinery. We also test and charge existing batteries as well as custom design and fit auxiliary batter systems. Our auto electricians are able to work on all the electric parts of your vehicles, including lighting, sound systems and wiring. If your vehicle's air conditioning fails to make your vehicle as cold as it should, we can help with that too. We are qualified auto electricians licensed by ArcTick, so you can expect only the highest standards when it comes to maintaining and repairing your automotive air conditioning. Come down to our Alice Springs workshop or call for our mobile service if the vehicle can't be moved.

.....it's cheaper to hire rather than get a dual battery system installed!

I needed some unorthodox auto electrical work involving a roller slide in the back of a ute, dual battery systems, REDARC battery management, solar for recharging, a 95L Waeco fridge, a light pole etc. I considered doing it myself but then learnt that my ute has a variable voltage alternator and decided that I needed a professional. Ken and the team at KC Auto Electrical did a top notch job. Camping season has never been so good!

Disgusting service. Took our Landcruiser in to change thermo fans over to engine fan, they punctured the radiator when removing thermo fans and then refused to accept that they damaged it or were liable at all! On a tight deadline to get out of town and car had been sitting there for 2 days waiting for a solution just for them to say they would not pay a cent towards the repairs of the damage they had caused! Absolutely disgusting service and at top dollar for labour cost I expected a lot more.
