We have used banks and another Loan Broker before, but were left unhappy and felt pressured, because I don't really understand financial matters (luckily my wife does). John has successfully got us the best deal, I'm not sure how, but it seems that every time, we pay less. Every time our Contracts come close to finish, we talk to John and he presents us with several options and then we choose.
