The website says Jody's ''Customer First' approach ..... will ensure his valued customers are not disappointed.' Clearly I couldn't have been a valued customer because I'm more than disappointed. I could sense that I wasn't a valued customer, because Jody only responded to emails and SMS's when he felt like it, and five months later he still hasn't completed a job he promised to finish in November 2014. He is a caricature of the unreliable tradesman, and always has an excuse which blames someone other than him. The first time I checked one of his excuses, the real story turned out to be different to his version . He is ridiculously disorganized, and as a result of this had to pull up and relay our floating floor THREE times. It now looks good, but it's not finished, and so I've decided to finish it myself. The Russian proverb says 'Trust, but verify.' In this case, my advice is 'Don't trust. Avoid.'
