This firm provided excellent prompt service at a very reasonable price compared to other companies in Mackay some of whom have not even responded with a quote 2 days later.

I used JP Services for a bond clean including carpets cleaning for my 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home that I had been living in for 8 years. After the clean was complete, I walked and and could not believe what an amazing job they did. The place was immaculate!!! I could not fault a single thing. I would highly recommend using this company. Absolutely professional and worked beyond my expectations. To top it off my quote was hundreds of dollars cheaper than other companies who quoted my bond clean. Top job guys.

Asked to do a bond cleaning he did that in worst way possible, highly unprofessional and i ended losing my bound money, he didn’t clean the sofa and floor and when i asked to clean that again he never turned up and refused to do that in worst way possible

Pathetic service ever, do not use it, have asked them to do a bond cleaning and he agreed to do the same and then he shown his unprofessional face as didn’t clean the floor and left sofa cleaned and i asked him to do that cleaning again and he refused to do that in very unprofessional way and i end up loosing my bond money, never ever do business with him
