This is the 2nd time using John's Removals. I decided to go with them again as they have the 'pods' which I used the first time. The initial pick up was ok. A last minute change by them meant a rushed/shorter packing time for me. My request for the pick up of extra large items was accommodated. Delivery dates were discussed & quotes given for a weekday or weekend delivery. I chose a week day as much cheaper than weekend rate. I was called the week prior to intial date & told a new date (now Saturday) This meant higher fees - which I forgot. I was not reminded of fee increase nor given the option to choose another day/time. I was told that my goods would be unpacked from the pods & reloaded into a truck. Several items were damaged. I have spoken with owner & manager. They are attempting to rectify one damaged item. No apology for damaged items or lack of communication/information which led to increased fees. They would not consider any refund on fees or for damaged goods.

This is just such an excellent company. Great customer service and great workers. Ours was a difficult move from a fourth floor apartment but the guys made it look easy without any complaints. They moved us in late in the day and after a long, hard days work they were still smiling and cracking jokes. Highly recommended.

My wife and I cannot thank Troy and Lachie for their assistance with our move. The boys were professional, polite courteous and funny throughout the whole process. amazing care and attention were taken with all our belongings and the boys worked there bums off with a smile and a joke. Great service, moved from Sydney to Noosa without any problems, experienced and friendly staff. Modern fleet and quality equipment. Far more simple and affordable than the big removal guys. More than happy to recommend John’s Removalists!

Feb 2023…Peter and Troy did an excellent job shifting my Sister from Birtinya to Baringa…then shifting my daughter and I from 4th floor to 1st floor apartment… Very friendly very professional service would recommend Johns Removals to anyone…

Excellent no problem move carried out by Johns Furniture Removal - Peter & Troy. Boys on time and moved all furniture and other items from apartment and storage unit in the one day, with no hassle or stress. Arrived at new location the following morning at time given and moved approx. 53 m3 of furniture etc, into new abode. Great job Peter & Troy. Would recommend these guys and business if when decide to move. John the business owner provided a very good realistic quote as well and was no trouble contacting to discuss the move. A+
